Determining your needs
Every effective public relations program begins with a detailed strategic plan that maps out the communication activities needed to reach your business goals. Based on an overview of your operations, Moore PR conducts a hands-on workshop with your key executives to identify and prioritise your communication needs and your target audiences, and pinpoint appropriate public relations strategies.
Implementing your PR plan
Following the workshop, Moore PR prepares a comprehensive public relations plan. You can implement this PR blueprint in-house, engage Moore PR to undertake some or all of the recommended activities, or simply have us advise you from time to time.
Variety of packages
We offer a range of service packages tailored to your needs and budget. At a basic level, we conduct a two-hour workshop and prepare a PR plan. At the other end of the scale, we undertake a half-day or full-day communication workshop, prepare and present the PR plan, and provide ongoing counsel for a set number of hours per month or quarter.
